We are looking for top talent to join us on this journey of exploring new horizons together. What you'll be doing Branding & Positioning: Works with the creative agency to:
  • Further develop the Elite brand & tone of voice
  • Develop assets for all Elite touchpoints e.g. onboarding kits, Gifting occasions, Greetings etc.
  • Creates Elite templates to communicate Programme achievements, dashboards, Post Campaign Analysis and quarterly reports
  • Coordinates & develops relevant content to create Programme pitches to external brands & partners
Brand Relations & Content Planning & Generation: Works closely with:
  • Elite Partnerships & Benefits teams to align on strategy and provide marketing support to amplify Elite’s Overall value proposition
  • MUSE Marketing & Experiences team to understand Programme-wide campaigns and tier-based promotions & experiences that can be enhanced to the Elite tier and acts as Elite guardian on communication strategy & touchpoints ensuring tone of voice and positioning is upheld at all times
  • MUSE & Group CRM team to develop the wider Elite CRM communications strategy & member lifecycle communications
  • Brands by understanding their key moments including Product drops, New launches / arrivals, pre-ordering opportunities, private sales access etc and puts into action that knowledge to maximise engagement and trigger conversions at each activity
  • Elite relationship managers across all markets to give visibility of marketing & content calendar (per market) of quarterly campaigns as well as understand their requirements, if any
  • Develops effective content that would lead to increased conversion, engage with Elite prospects & re-engage with lapsed Elite
  • Works on quarterly Money Can’t Buy experiences that can be offered to Elite members and reflected on the Elite App
  • Scopes & launches digital commerce channels & devises and implements marketing communicationss plan in order to increase engagement e.g. Instagram
  • Responsible for planning the announcement of newly onboarded brands
Events
  • Elite-led Events:
  • Conceptualizes, develops and delivers annual Elite event
  • Smaller but more intimate Elite events in each market
  • Brand-led events
  • Adds Elite layer to relevant Brand events and oversees timely execution
Reporting
  • Measures / collates and reports on effectiveness of communications and campaigns with shares learnings with team members
  • Prepare annual marketing budget and breakdown with rationale, tying back to Programme’s objectives
  • Maintains expense tracker
  • Gains expertise in using Looker to extract data and prepare reports
  • Analyses and optimizes best-practice strategies & reporting on marketing level to drive the overall business forward for YOY growth
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Arabic speaking would be preferred
  • Marketing Manager experience specifically within the luxury environment
  • Strong understanding of Elite/Loyalty programmes
