Responsibilities
Campaigns execution:
1)Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support, driving collaboration, and tracking the results of campaigns. Likely to include PR, events, and social media
2) Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
3)Sensitive towards users' needs and experience on the XT platform, able to innovate new ways to improve the user experience /interaction/ perception of the brand in the local context;
4) A sense of aesthetics, a love for great copy, and a strong communication ability
Global cooperation and collaboration:
1) Work with the global performance team to maximize outcomes of global marketing activity for XT MENA. This will include: Tracking and optimizing performance (conversion rates, cost per acquisition) of acquisition marketing activity; Localizing messaging to improve relevance and performance.
2)Gather best practices and global input to assist with activities e.g. PR, sponsorship, and events.
Organizational Capability:
1) Contribute to XT MENA's position as a thought leader
2) Represent XT MENA at industry events
Governance, Reporting, and Sustainability:
1)Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations to minimize risk and enhance XT MENA's reputation
2) Strict adherence to all XT MENA's internal security and confidentiality requirements.
