Job Description

As Digital & Marketing Manager, your mission will be to articulate our overall marketing and digital strategy and supervise the content creation by our internal creative team and a network of service providers and agencies. You will be responsible to plan develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase the company digital presence, strengthen our positioning and develop online sales. Qualifications Experience in B2B with electronics/technology/robotics or drones preferred

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, CRO strategies, channels, and branding

• At least 2 years experience in semantic analysis, SEO, reputation management, and programmatic media

Responsibilities

• Search, coordination and management of additional employees or freelancers for the tasks of SEO, AdWords, copywriting, interviews.

• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events, articles

• Analyze the company's best performing content, research what other companies are doing, provide content recommendations

• Explore and lead strategic partnership opportunities

• Develop and own a strategy that will transform our blog into a must-read destination for both drone industry customers and also customers.

• Generate ideas for creative sales, promotions, ways to engage with our audience

• Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.

• Increasing brand awareness and market share

• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget

• Other tasks and projects to be added on an as-needed basis

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Experience:
