Job Description

• Managing all marketing for the organization and activities within the marketing department.
• Developing the marketing strategy for the organization in line with organization objectives.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

• Overseeing the organization's marketing budget.

• Planning and implementing Digital, Social & Market Automation campaigns.

• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns & Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and verbal
• presentations to bring to senior executives.

• Working closely with design, advertising agencies, media buyers and assisting with marketing campaigns and other services.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant organization functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Create, Budget, Plan and execute events.

• Establish marketing goals, KPI's based on past performance and market forecasts

• Research and analyze market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
• Work with product managers & sales teams to develop plans for specific practices & products.
• Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
• Provide in-depth information to interested clients, and act as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings.
• Create Customer Testimonials, Case studies and encourage PR and attract awards for the organization.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
