Position Overview - Job Purpose Responsible for managing the FitRepublik's day to day marketing activities. Oversees the planning, production and execution of all marketing materials, campaigns and corporate events. Reports Chief Operations Officer. Duties and responsibilitie

  • Manages the marketing department by executing marketing plans, marketing campaigns, events and marketing commutations initiatives.
  • Manages all the social media content, community management for the corporate and oversees unit page guidelines for content as it is the main marketing tool/channel.
  • Manages workflow of marketing requests from units and prioritizes needs.
  • Manages the marketing budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each unit and the corporate brand, handles invoices, POs and finance liaison.
  • Tracks all marketing activity and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations/updates for FitRepublik's Management team on marketing performance and activity
  • Assists and manages the development, coordination and execution of all communications activities including photo and video shoots with coaches and members or partners.
  • Manage, produce and update all digital media channels (Website, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram), all in house marketing channels, and all marketing collateral for the company (signage, SWAG, forms, unit templates).
  • Manage relationships and budgets of agencies and all vendors and suppliers
  • Manage all the marketing libraries and asset management (creative, photos, videos archives)
Key Skills Project Management Skills: Capable of working on multiple projects at once and the ability to conform to shifting priorities.
  • Time Management skills: Ability to manage calendars and schedules and work with tight deadlines
  • Computer Skills: Digitally savvy with strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs in addition to web applications and social media
  • Communication and presentation skills: Has excellent communication (written and verbal). Has strong presentation skills
  • Interpersonal skills: High energy, upbeat, positive personality; Can do and will do mentality
Qualifications
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Have multi-tasking skills
  • Be able to adapt to a fast-moving environment to respond to an immediate business need.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Highly proficient in English Language
Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
  • Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
