Job Description

To generate sales leads for manpower through existing and potential clients and send queries. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry. Make cold calls, prepare proposals, estimate business volume, negotiate, and co-ordinate Operations/HR Department to kick start the process. Researching and analyzing sales options. Establish business by identifying and maintaining relationships with clients. Experience with Qatar clients is essential and potential clients pipeline an advantage. Must have a strong client relations and negotiation skills Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills Creative Personality Possesses the Elements of Innovation Strong Understanding, Attention to Detail & Listening Skills Results Driven, Engaging, Professional and Diplomatic Demeanor Self-Motivated and Able to Work Independently Enthusiastic with a Strong Desire to Succeed Ability to Analyse Ideas from a Commercial Perspective Creativity, Resourcefulness, and an Innovative Approach Ability to Prepare Reports and Presentations with High Professionalism Good Attitude, Commitment and Appropriate Appearance for the Nature of the Job Job Type: Permanent Salary: QAR5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Marketing in Manpower Recruitment is Preferred.: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
  • Driving license (Required)
