Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in the real estate or property development sector.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market, trends, buyer behavior, and regulatory considerations.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot), and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Creative thinker with a strong eye for design, branding, and storytelling.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with architectural drawings, master plans, and real estate documentation.
Experience in luxury or high-rise developments is a plus.
Fluency in more than one language (if applicable to the market).
Arabic is preferred , only Male
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target markets, buyer personas, and pricing strategies.
Work closely with the development team to align marketing plans with project timelines and milestones.
Branding & Positioning
Define the brand identity for each real estate project (naming, logo, visuals, messaging).
Ensure consistent and impactful branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Coordinate with design agencies, architects, and creative teams to develop project brochures, hoardings, signage, and presentations.
Digital & Traditional Marketing Campaigns
Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, PPC, SEO, websites) and traditional channels (print ads, billboards, events).
Manage company and project-specific websites and landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for lead generation.
Oversee social media accounts and create content calendars focused on engagement and conversions.
Lead Generation & CRM
Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and funnel optimization.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to refine targeting and improve ROI.
Maintain and manage CRM systems to ensure proper tracking and nurturing of leads.
Events & Promotions
Plan and execute open houses, launch events, property expos, and broker engagement programs.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements.
Budgeting & Reporting
Prepare and manage marketing budgets for each project.
Track marketing performance and present monthly reports with insights and recommendations to senior management.
