Marketing Manager
to join our marketing team. This position will be based in Casablanca, Morocco.
Your main activities will be the following:
Local Brand Strategy, Trade Marketing and Product strategy for Morocco market
Contribute to delivering market P&L and provide input to SEEMEA cluster (South East Europe, Middle East and Africa) P&L.
Define Market Investment priorities on category and Trade Partner level, in alignment with Sales Manager and Country Manager.
Drive yearly budgeting exercise for the market & consolidate market input to yearly Business Plans in order to reach targets.
Identify market specific range opportunities across brands.
Coordinate with the SEEMEA Marketing team on brand strategy, new product introductions and preferred launch windows.
Define price positioning and price change scenarios.
Prepare country go -to-market deployment plan across categories.
Monitor and follow up go-to-market execution.
Key trade partners meeting preparation and participation.
Create effective and engaged teams.
Facilitate best practice sharing/efficiencies within the various areas of the market.
Hold BTL budget, set and monitor brand investments
Requirements
Bachelor or master degree in marketing or any related field
Consumer/Shopper Knowledge
Deep Knowledge of Market Dynamics and Product Demand
Strong Networking Capacity
Skillset and Expertise to Fine-tune a #1 Brand’s Leading Position
Marketing Strategy & Planning
In-store Management
Team Management Experience
