Reporting into the Head of Retail, as the BTL Marketing Manager you will develop campaigns and programmes to expand their customer base. This will include lead generation is locations we are looking to enter and converting the interest in the areas we are already operational in. Your role will cover all direct marketing channels both on & offline as well as running our CRM program. Further responsibilities are: * Assist in creating , implementation and developing annual marketing plan. * Managing the relationship with the BTL agencies. * Planning & supervising the seasonal On Ground Activations & Promotions. * Manage events including planning and executing Events & Exhibitions. * Draft and execute specific marketing programs according to above plan. * Understand marketing and commercial sectors objectives and constraints and translate these into relevant action sheets & marketing briefs. * Designing and implementing POS materials. * Responsible for preparing and arranging our projects Launch plans. * Prepare reports, specifications and creative briefs. * Developing and setting BTL strategy and operation * Managing CRM program across consumer life cycle * Setting and meeting forecasts for acquisition and retention * Maintaining relationships with external agents and customers * Identifying new customer base that will enable the achievement of our key objectives Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
