Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that support Corporate, Tourism, Partnerships, and Education sectors. The role involves collaborating with the Sales team, developing strategies across multiple markets, and managing events and collateral that drive business growth.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales teams to develop marketing tools and event support that align with revenue goals
• Lead and execute B2B marketing strategies across the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Lebanon
• Brief internal departments to produce brochures, presentations, digital content, and other sales collateral
• Align campaigns across multiple brands within Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment to ensure consistency
• Plan and deliver B2B events such as trade shows, sector-specific activations, and corporate partnerships
• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams for B2B initiatives
• Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for all B2B marketing projects

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within entertainment, tourism, or education
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and ability to create strategies that drive revenue
• Creative with proven experience in digital and print marketing production
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry and relevant B2B sectors is an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events and client meetings
