Job Purpose :



You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across B2B, B2C, and offline channels. This includes driving brand awareness, generating leads, managing franchise marketing efforts, and supporting business development initiatives across both digital and traditional marketing landscapes. Your role will be crucial in expanding our presence and fostering relationships with both consumers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting both B2B and B2C audiences to increase brand awareness, sales, and business development in the Middle East region. Manage offline marketing campaigns (events, trade shows, print media, etc.) to complement digital marketing efforts and build strong local and regional presence. Lead digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Develop targeted campaigns to support our franchise network, ensuring brand consistency and providing tools for franchisee success. Conduct market research to understand customer behaviors and industry trends, offering insights that drive strategy across all marketing channels. Build relationships and collaborate with key B2B partners, franchises, and media outlets to enhance marketing efforts and drive business opportunities. Manage content for the company's website, social media channels, promotional materials, and offline marketing collateral. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, optimizing them for better engagement and results.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing, particularly in B2B and B2C environments, with an understanding of franchise marketing. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and offline marketing techniques (events, print, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and franchise partners. A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and an ability to adapt to market demands.
