What you\'ll do

Webex is looking for a highly experienced Brand and Sponsorship Manager, with a key passion for all aspects of Brand, Events, Content and Relationship marketing. The key focus of the role is identifying, and managing the planning and activation of Brand sponsorships & partnerships, and other major strategic collaborations to drive brand awareness and brand preference alongside running all the hospitality events and activations attached to it.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic planning for existing and identification of potential sponsorships/partnerships/strategic collaborations for Webex. Managing the sponsorship strategy development and portfolio audit process.
  • Coordinating stakeholder needs, so negotiations with partners will net the most appropriate benefits and ensuring all negotiations and leverage are aligned with business and target market needs and reflect Industry best practise.
  • Plan, deliver and execute full funnel Brand to Demand activation campaigns and programs that support with gaining mindshare in new and existing target audiences to help generate and accelerate pipeline.
  • Develop and manage close working relationships with sponsorship partners to ensure expectations and deliverables are achieved. Managing renewals, mid-term negotiations, and sponsorship reviews.
  • Develop measurement models for both brand and demand metrics to clearly understand the ROI for the business
  • Plan, organize and manage all major hospitality Events across the region from start to finish.
  • Creating immersive and experiential content to promote the events and partnerships during the course of the year (i.e., digital, live tours)
  • Create high quality written communications content (agendas, programs and newsletters), write, edit, and proofread content for internal stakeholders, partners and attendees.
  • Work closely with internal Central functional marketing teams to deliver campaigns across multiple marketing disciplines (e.g. traditional, digital marketing, social media, PR, experiential marketing etc.)
  • Work closely with legal, Ethics and compliance and regulatory teams to ensure the programs run are within Cisco\'s permissible guidelines.
  • Support Regional marketing teams to develop activation programs leveraging campaigns, providing direction based on continuous best practice
About you

Suitable candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of Brand, Events and Content Marketing experience, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of both traditional and digital aspects of Relationship Marketing. The capability to manage relationships at all organizational levels, including the C-Suite is crucial to this role.

As a candidate, you are expected to be a strategic thinker with a practical orientation, showcasing extensive expertise in managing strategic partnerships and effectively briefing and supervising agencies.

Furthermore, your ability to inspire others and communicate effectively is vital, along with adept decision-making skills, strong interpersonal capabilities, and the knack to exert influence across all organisational levels.

Any prior exposure to international marketing, global brand partnerships and sports sponsorship would be highly advantageous.

Your profile should include excellent project management and presentation skills, characterised by meticulous attention to detail and precision.

When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation target. Individual pay is determined by the candidate\'s hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Applicants may not be eligible for the full salary range based on their U.S. hiring location. U.S. employees have to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
