Our client is a young aspirational start-up aiming to develop a global brand through franchise expansion. They are looking for a Marketing Manager who shares their vision and is excited to be a part of their team in Abu Dhabi
The hired resource will develop and execute the marketing strategy for their young brand and new franchise business. You will work closely with the franchise team, franchisees, and other stakeholders to create a marketing plan that drives franchise sales and revenue growth. You will also ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the company\'s overall marketing strategy. Fluency in Russian will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the UAE market and help the brand to get a global reach.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimization strategies.
Execute effective PR - strategic to establish the brand in the local market.
Create and manage social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Create a brand book and other essential documents for our brand.
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and media outlets to increase brand awareness.
Ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company\'s overall marketing strategy.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing initiatives are cost-effective.
Create and implement a marketing strategy that drives franchise sales and revenue growth for our new franchise.
Collaborate with the franchise team to understand the needs of the new franchise business and develop marketing plans that address those needs.
Create franchise guides for our franchise program.
Work closely with franchisees to provide marketing support and ensure that they are following brand guidelines.
Experience and Qualification:
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
5 years+ of Marketing experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and franchise business models
Strong understanding of the media landscape and excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with international cross-functional teams.
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Experience in global creative marketing agencies or a large international business would be highly valued.
