A new opportunity has come up with a well-known event management firm. Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager who has experience working in opera, theatre, classical music, culture events, festivals & art to be based in Abu Dhabi.

In this role, you will

Manage all the marketing and communication initiatives for all the programs of the organization.
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Work closely with the PR Communication Manager and support any sponsorship activities of the organization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing; it would be a plus if you have an additional marketing certification
With a minimum of 7 years of total work experience in general marketing, of which at least 2 years in a leading role
Well-adept in all facets of marketing functions
Intensive exposure to cultural arts/art exhibitions/museums/arts festival
Fluency in English is a must and knowledge in another language would be a plus
Willing to work for long working hours
