Hiring a Marketing Manager for Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company marketing strategy ensuring alignment with the company strategy. Research and analyze market trends and competitors and develop marketing plans, campaigns and activities accordingly. Define the yearly marketing business plan based on extensive and comprehensive market research and company objectives. Build and direct the overall digital marketing strategy and oversee different digital marketing channels. Create targeted marketing campaigns that help raise brand and service awareness using different mediums and channels and addressing different audiences and segments. Develop and implement a creative calendar of events for the company that fosters traffic and increases customer engagement. Set and direct the marketing budget, monitor the effective utilization by adhering to the guidelines whilst optimizing costs and assessing return on investment. Work closely with the GM's to align sales and marketing strategies and anticipate sales performance trends accordingly. Develop periodic reports evaluating KPIs, analyze data and figures, and improve performance while recommending new initiatives/actions. Key Requirements: University Degree in Marketing or any relevant field. Four years experience in a strategic and digital marketing role. A strong customer-centric attitude. Having a constructive mindset and an initiator who takes initiative in a constantly evolving work environment. Strong eye for business and ability to think strategically and analytically.
