Objectives
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and create marketing plans with specific goals for various
channels and segments
Oversee the implementation of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal resources and
encouraging collaboration
Develop successful strategies by analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and
marketing best practices
Create, maintain, and execute analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future
campaign development and go-to-market strategies,
complete with formal proposals and tactical recommendations
Collaborate with email, performance marketing, and web
teams to create, test, and improve lead-generation
strategies
Responsibilities
Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for all advertising and public-facing communications,
including print, digital, and video assets, in collaboration with the creative team.
Plan and execute multichannel campaigns throughout the
prospect and customer lifecycles, ensuring that communications and messaging are consistent across all
channels.
Manage content and updates for customer and internal
touch points, set budget guidelines, attend events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
Collect customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, boost customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
Using tracking and analysis, determine the effectiveness
and impact of current marketing initiatives and optimize accordingly.
Communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets, as well as present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience developing marketing plans and
campaigns
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with online marketing and social media
strategy
Proven experience designing interactive applications and
networking platforms
Willingness and ability to travel
Established contacts with media
