These partnerships can take a range of forms from supplier relationships to deeper business partnerships like joint ventures or direct investment by Group 42. Responsibilities:
  • Working with and reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer and responsible for helping to develop, manage and deliver marketing initiatives achieve objectives and KPIs aligned with the company’s business strategy.
  • Lead and collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  • Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
  • Stay abreast of our emerging trends and develop data centric analysis and tools to support the business development with market intelligence.
  • Lead and develop competitive landscape analysis to support product management and business development teams.
  • Regularly monitor and assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs and recommend changes routinely for management’s consideration.
  • Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Understand and support sales and business development channels including training them on the problems we solve for our customers; develop internal tools and external collateral for them to use effectively.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising or related discipline.
  • Strong working experience (7-10 years) in a marketing communications environment and with experience in leading and developing effective product marketing campaign and strategies.
  • A creative flair with an ability to design captivating marketing campaigns using online and offline tactics, with a keen eye for detail
  • A good writer with experience of delivering professional, compelling marketing copy.
  • Excellent working knowledge of core marketing disciplines – such as campaign creation, digital and direct marketing, event management or content/thought leadership.
  • Experience in maintaining the credibility of company brands and working within brand guidelines to develop new collateral
  • High levels of initiative and confidence to come up with, share and deliver ideas
  • Experience in providing counsel to senior executives.
  • Experience in planning and managing budgets for specific campaigns
  • Proactive, highly organised and able to work simultaneously on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • A self-starter, who can roll their sleeves up to deliver exceptional work
  • A team player, able to establish great collaborative working relationships
