SUMMARY:We are seeking a digitally savvy, highly motivated marketing manager with experience in designing and delivering complex integrated campaigns. The individual needs to be analytical and data orientated with a history of testing and optimisation, but with creative flair and exceptional attention to detail. The candidate should have experience in marketing automation technologies and be accustomed to delivering in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.JOB PURPOSE:To deliver successful marketing campaigns for a large healthcare exhibition in line with agreed KPIsKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:Delivery of marketing campaigns in line with business objectives set by the Marketing/Event DirectorAdherence to timelines and budgetsMarketing KPI reportMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:TEAM MANAGEMENT FOR TACTICAL DELIVERYOversee 1 or more marketing executives working on Arab Health and assist in managing their time/workloads as they also work on additional events.Provide guidance, feedback, and inspiration to executives to achieve optimised delivery for show campaignsWork with executives & marketing team to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns in line with agreed KPIs, event, and divisional strategyReflect the high-performance culture of the marketing teamANALYSIS & INSIGHTMonitor campaign performance, produce relevant and timely reports, and recommend changes to campaign execution based on data insightsShare relevant insights with the sales and event team to drive revenues or pursue new opportunitiesWork with data & insights specialists to capture relevant and timely data (onsite & post-show surveys, registration forms, industry research, etc)Work with internal teams to ensure data governance and data management policies are adhered toProvide pre-agreed reports during and post-campaign to monitor channel effectiveness and ROIUse recommended campaign analytics dashboards daily to monitor performanceContribute to a culture of testing and metrics-driven decision-making in the teamPLANNING & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENTBuild operational implementation plans and ensure adherence to deadlines (including Gantt charts, Time & Action Plans, Content Calendars, and Budget Trackers)Identify target media, associations, industry partners, and social media influencers and determine how they fit within the integrated campaignMaximise marketing budgets in line with plans and maintain budget trackersAppoint and manage external suppliersWork with internal teams and external agencies to deliver digital marketing, social media, and PR in line with marketing plans to hit agreed KPIsOptimise spending across marketing channelsIdentify paid media requirements and negotiate media buy (either directly or through an agency)Recommend website optimisation to maximise relevant traffic and conversionMARKETING EXECUTIONBecome comfortable with the target universe and key segments within the target universeUnderstand personas, value propositions, and messaging for each of the key segmentsCopywriting - according to strengths within the team - in line with the content calendar and messagingSend timely, relevant communications through a full mix of channels and optimise the effectiveness of these channelsMonitor and adjust digital marketing activity based on performance metricsDevelop and deliver Content Calendar through relevant channels (email marketing, social media, digital marketing, direct mail, etc)Manage PR agency (internal or external) with input from event manager/event directorEstablish relationships with and manage strategically important partners to ensure maximum exposure at the lowest cost to show budgetMaintain active social media channels in line with market expectations, monitor engagement, and maximise conversionCoordinate the design and production of all marketing collateral to be determined within the marketing planEnsure all marketing collateral, email marketing, website content, and digital marketing is thoroughly proofed, adheres to brand guidelines and agreed Informa standardsQualificationsMinimum Education Level:Educated to degree level or equivalentBackground Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Substantial experience managing full marketing campaignsThorough understanding & experience in digital (PPC, SEO, online advertising) and direct marketingDatabase development and growth including segmentation / advanced targetingAnalytical and questioning mindsetSignificant exposure to design and print suppliers/agenciesStrong copywriting skillsDeadline and target drivenExperience working in a pressurised environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in the use of MS Office including intermediate/advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel andDesirableExperience in Events, Exhibitions, and/or Conferences Experience in using marketing automation technology (preferably Eloqua)Experience working with CMS platforms (but coding knowledge not required)Experience in managing social media through scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite, etc. And experience in social media listening and sentiment analysisExperience in marketing analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics/Adobe or others)Formal business/marketing higher education qualificationExperience using Eloqua and/or Adobe Experience ManagerEvents marketing experience
