We are seeking a Marketing Lead to lead our efforts in positioning the company as a global industry leader. As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities and strategies, as well as generating and qualifying leads. Job Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Manage the company website, ensuring regular content updates and SEO optimization.
- Oversee social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube):
a) Drive increased traffic to the company website.
b) Create and curate engaging content for posts, including original content and industry news.
c) Maintain brand consistency and address unauthorized published content.
- Develop and distribute industry and customer newsletters.
Brand Guardianship:
- Prepare and maintain the company\'s branding manual (AAE visual identity).
- Communicate, educate, and enforce the use of the branding manual throughout the organization.
Commercial Support:
- Create master decks for various purposes, including products, technical data sheets, capabilities, and corporate presentations.
- Coordinate photography projects as needed by the organization.
- Produce graphic and digital content for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns with clients.
Exhibitions and Workshops:
- Coordinate the company\'s participation in selected exhibitions, including venue booking, stand design, sample and merchandising preparation, and shipping.
- Collaborate with the sales department on concept design, promotions, and marketing campaigns for exhibitions.
- Provide support for exhibition stand setup and dismantling.
- Coordinate meeting schedules during exhibitions.
Market Intelligence:
- Propose and manage market intelligence tools for monitoring military programs in Land and Navy segments, ensuring the information is shared and updated within the team.
- Create competitive analyses of AAE\'s value proposition.
Customer Experience:
- Design and implement brand spaces, such as showrooms, at customer locations.
Implement brand spaces within the company premises.
- Maintain the branding manual within the company.
- Address marketing needs from various areas within the company.
- Develop merchandising ideas for employees.
Public Relations:
- Write and publish relevant press releases to maintain a positive public image.
Inbound Sales (Generation of Qualified Leads):
- Review and contact prospects supplied by the Sales department to qualify them as potential customers for AAE.
- Develop strategies, including pull and push approaches, to attract new prospects to AAE, exploring new markets, channels, and customer segments.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to establish criteria for prospect qualification before transferring them to Outbound Sales.
- Monitor customers\' websites and industry news for new product launches or updates.
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects with clients as needed.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years\' experience in marketing positions, preferred in B2B companies
- Experience with digital marketing and branding with exposure to global environment
- Bachelor and/or post-graduate studies on marketing or international business
- Female candidates are preferred
- Candidates who are immediately available and based in UAE will be preferred
- Languages: proficient in English, Arabic and other languages are a plus
