We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical CX/Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team in Dubai. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer experience, data analysis, and marketing communications within a dynamic, international environment.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
As a Marketing Intern, you'll support the team in transforming data into actionable insights that drive customer engagement and business performance. We are looking for someone who easily merges data and creativity. Transforming data into impact through supporting operations teams with customer feedback and communicating where we should focus. A key part of the role is to manage and execute the communications plan for customer experience program.
You'll work on real projects that involve:
Supporting various stakeholders with Data Analysis & Insight Generation through reporting and communications
Analyzing customer experience and marketing data using Excel, Power BI, and other tools
Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
Translating data into clear, impactful insights and recommendations
Communication & Planning
Preparing presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Supporting communication strategies across CX and marketing initiatives
Managing content workflows and timelines
Reporting & Dashboarding
Assisting in the preparation of CX reports and for various teams
