Position Summary
- Undertake daily administrative tasks coordination on marketing initiatives/activities
- Support in marketing events preparation and execution
- Support on market research and reports
- Support on Social Media Content/Reports as required
- Update spreadsheets, inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information (bookings/PO/Invoices)
- Assist in the organizing/executing of marketing events, attend them to facilitate their success
- Coordinate with various department/suppliers/customers upon requirement for events
Requirement:
- University pursuing with related major
- Can work full-time for at least 3 months
- Experienced with event, digital marketing will be plus point
- Can-do attitude, eager to learn
- Able to join ASAP
