SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Retail Marketing Intern, you will support our marketing operations by helping with shop marketing activities, shop revamps, and painter engagement programs. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns, in-shop branding, and customer activation projects.



This internship is based in Qatar for 3-6 months and reports to the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:Help place and maintain marketing materials (like posters and stands) in retail shops. Monitor shop displays and make sure they meet Jotun's standards. Support painter loyalty programs by helping with event coordination and rewards distribution. Assist with promotional campaigns led by influencers and make sure shops display related materials correctly. Follow up on shop renovation projects by coordinating with suppliers, tracking materials, and reporting progress. Distribute promotional materials for campaigns and check if they're displayed properly in stores. Visit shops to collect feedback on competitors, customer opinions, and campaign effectiveness. Coordinate regularly with the retail sales team to align on shop needs and fieldwork. Prepare weekly reports summarizing marketing activities, shop visits, and painter feedback.

What we are looking for:Recent Graduate in Marketing Major Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Arabic is a plus).
