We are looking for a Marketing Intern (Bilingual - Arabic/English).
About the Internship Role:
This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing and social media for an exciting RFP conference. The role is ideal for someone creative, proactive, and eager to gain real-world experience in a professional environment.
Working Hours during Internship:
6 hours per day (either 8:00-14:00 or 9:00-15:00)
Internship can start earlier in February and runs until 23 April.
Responsibilities:
Assist Marketing and Publishing Associate in preparing marketing collateral for the RFP conference, including EDMs, social media posts, and creative campaign ideas.
Ensure all materials adhere to foundation and project branding guidelines.
Liaise with the four conference venues to confirm marketing materials are appropriate and approved before distribution.
Collaborate with the RFP and education teams to disseminate marketing materials across all relevant networks.
Demonstrate proactivity, positivity, and professionalism throughout the internship.
Support on-site during the conference (transport arranged for the two days outside Dubai).
Requirements / Skills:
Competent in design and branding.
Ideally bilingual (Arabic and English).
