Are you ready to join our legacy? We are actively looking for a passionate Marketing Graduate who will challenge the boundaries of beauty. In this opportunity, you will gain hands-on experience with our esteemed brands like Burberry, Kylie Cosmetics and Max Factor. We will also take you on a tour through the inside workings of our Trade Marketing department to gain an understanding of travel retail around the world.

You will join our Marketing or Trade Marketing teams under a permanent contract and start your career journey at Coty with an 18-month rigorous program where you will be mentored by industry experts and gain invaluable experience by working on projects that challenge beauty norms and drive innovation to the highest limit. You will complete 3 assignments of 6 months each, in 3 different teams to maximize your exposure to our brands and business. Upon completion of the program, you will be a full time member of the #teamcoty !

• UAE National with Family Book
• Fresh graduate with a degree in business administration, public relations, marketing communications or journalism
• 0-2 years of experience in beauty and personal care marketing/public relations/corporate communications division
• Proficiency in use of MS office tools
• Skills in development of In-store POSM / soft POSM and PR content is a plus
• The ideal candidate will be creative, confident, and passionate about the beauty industry
• Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills
