Marketing Expert

to join our team. This role is vital in generating qualified leads and supporting our sales team in achieving growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and capture qualified leads. Manage online advertising campaigns across platforms. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through digital and offline channels. Build and maintain the company's database of potential clients and investors. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns. Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and property promotions. Explore new tools and methods for effective lead generation.

Requirements:



Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in marketing, sales support, or lead generation. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and CRM systems. Proven track record of generating and converting leads. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Knowledge of real estate market trends is an advantage.
