The Marketing Executive/Graphic designer is responsible for supporting the marketing and business development team by designing marketing collaterals including but not limited to presentations, brochures, infographics, business proposals, and social media posts. The role will also include managing social media accounts, implementing minor updates and uploads on the website, and coordinating customer satisfaction surveys.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design visually compelling graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, brochures, presentations, flyers, banners, and digital advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to create engaging visuals that align with the objectives and brand guidelines.
Contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Design and produce multimedia content, including images, videos, and infographics, to support marketing campaigns and social media presence.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing materials, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the group marketing team to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and platform features to ensure effective strategy implementation.
Create visually appealing and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.
Develop a social media content calendar and collaborate with cross-functional teams for content creation.
Foster a positive and interactive social media online community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities for engagement.
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
Perform regular content uploads and updates for the company\'s website.
Assist in organizing promotional and corporate events, exhibitions and marketing campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
Communicate directly with suppliers and encourage trusting relationships
Assist with planning and coordination of media releases including internal and external corporate approvals
