: * Organizing employee engagement activities across the division

• Work closely and collaboratively with the marketing team on all employee related initiatives
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers etc for specific events
• Creation of monthly birthday & work anniversary greetings,
• Create print ready artwork using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign for all company design requirements. Prepare and amend design proofs in PDF or print, and work on them from concept through to production and create print ready files.
