Marketing Executive

to drive admissions and strengthen our community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans to increase admissions and brand visibility. Build partnerships with schools, community centers, corporates, and local organizations. Coordinate and participate in events, school fairs, mall activations, and promotional campaigns. Manage digital marketing activities, including social media content, sponsored ads, and online lead generation. Maintain strong relationships with parents, partners, and external vendors. Track leads, conversions, and prepare monthly marketing & sales reports. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in education/nursery sector is an advantage). Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. UAE Driving License (preferred). Creative, organized, and proactive personality. Willing to travel within Sharjah up to 25%.
