We are looking for a versatile and hands-on Marketing Executive who can monitor, manage, and execute the full spectrum of marketing activities--from social media and e-commerce to content, campaigns, and B2B outreach. This hybrid role blends strategy, execution, cross-team coordination, and reporting, making it a perfect fit for someone who wants to own their impact in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview



This role requires someone who is not only creative but also operationally strong--able to plan, monitor, and ensure smooth execution of all marketing tasks, while stepping in to execute wherever needed. You will be the bridge between departments, ensuring sales, warehouse, and product teams stay aligned with marketing goals. With a mix of creative flair and business acumen, you will help build HAK Plus's presence across digital platforms, e-commerce storefronts, and corporate client pipelines.

Key Responsibilities



Social & Digital Presence



o Craft scroll-stopping content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

o Design static posts, engaging videos, and branded narratives that resonate with corporate audiences.

o Manage the social media calendar, optimize posting schedules, and monitor analytics for insights

Website & E-commerce Management



o Keep the website up-to-date with product availability, SEO-rich copy, sliders, and visuals.

o Own our Amazon & Noon storefronts: Manage product listings, optimize visual merchandising, track performance metrics, and implement promotional strategies to maximize visibility and sales.

Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns



o Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

o Track campaign performance, optimize budgets, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI and lead generation.

Cross-Team Collaboration



o Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Product teams to align marketing campaigns with operational capacity and logistics.

o Act as a liaison across departments to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of marketing projects.

Telesales & B2B Outreach



o Generate qualified leads through targeted telesales outreach to corporate clients.

o Build client relationships, communicate value propositions, and support contract acquisition.

Creative & Design Execution



o Use Canva and CapCut for day-to-day marketing needs.

o Leverage Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for professional collateral, catalogs, and mock-ups.

o Support seasonal campaigns with marketing PDFs and sales content.

Marketing Coordination & Execution Oversight



o Lead action meetings to monitor ongoing marketing activities and ensure tasks are executed properly and on time.

o Step in and execute tasks personally when required.

o Handle ad-hoc requests and support daily marketing operations to keep workflows smooth.

Reporting & Analytics



o Maintain tracking dashboards and generate insightful quarterly reports on marketing performance.

o Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management for growth.

Strategic Growth & Ownership



o Support the scaling of e-commerce channels and digital campaigns.

o Contribute to building brand equity through storytelling, optimized campaigns, and a growth-focused mindset.

o Take ownership of tasks end-to-end, from ideation to reporting.

Key Skills & Expertise



Marketing & Coordination: Ability to oversee multiple projects, coordinate across teams, and ensure timely execution.

Content & Social Media: Strong skills in digital content creation, social media strategy, and analytics.

Design Tools: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut; working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a big plus.

E-commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with Amazon, Noon, or similar platforms for product listing and promotion.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage clients professionally.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to track, measure, and report performance with actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience



2-4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media roles.

Prior experience in corporate gifting, merchandising, or B2B marketing is highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.

Understanding of SEO, digital ads, and campaign optimization preferred.

Valid Driver's License (preferred).
