. We are now expanding aggressively in the UAE to make women's lives healthier and more comfortable

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

marketing campaigns

to build Colleen's brand presence across the UAE. Plan and implement

in-store promotions, sampling activities, and events

at supermarkets, pharmacies, and malls. Coordinate with sales team for

market activation, visibility, and customer engagement

. Manage

digital marketing initiatives

including social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and online promotions. Build and maintain strong relationships with

distributors, retail chains, and pharmacy outlets

. Monitor competitor activities and provide

market intelligence reports

. Track and analyze

marketing ROI

, sales growth, and customer feedback. Support in

PR campaigns, product launches, and media coordination

.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum

2-4 years' experience

in FMCG/Healthcare/Personal Care marketing (UAE market preferred). Strong knowledge of

UAE retail market & consumer behavior

. Excellent communication skills in

English,Hindi,Malayalam

(Arabic is an added advantage). Proficiency in

digital marketing tools, MS Office, and presentation skills

. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. Passionate about

women's health & hygiene industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
