Job Description

Marketing executives aim to maximize profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas. Key Accountabilities and process: Manage the execution of the campaigns in a timely fashion. This includes, ensuring the communication has gone live across various mediums and across all the stores. Tracking and maintaining the budget and spends. Reconcile with the finance teams on a monthly basis using the data from the purchase orders to consolidate spends on a campaign-to-campaign basis. Regularly review the budget and make recommendations as deemed necessary. Report on the utilization of the budgets periodically. Manage & update digital content on in store screens across stores Track the business and the footfall at the stores to understand how they are trending and what actions must be taken to achieve the set targets. Be a part of the customer value management process and support in execution of the same on a weekly basis. Facilitate the other aspects of the commercial calendar for the territory Work with media agencies on an ongoing basis to ensure the execution and tracking of the various campaigns Monitor competition activities and media exposures across various channels Issue and manage purchase orders for the Marketing team, efficiently & accurately. Manage the internal teams to ensure proper tracking and payment of these purchase orders. Support implementation of in store activities and events. Execute Social Media campaigns as per the event plan. Manage cross concept promotions with other Landmark brands Other administrative support

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Marketing / Brand Management)

Language English - Mandatory Arabic - Beginner / intermediate

Job Experience 2 - 3 years of experience in Marketing / Advertising / Media

Technology Basic MS office, Excel and PPT

Others Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Arabic speaking would be an added advantage. Passion for brand building and creativity are required for this role. Discipline in execution and follow up of campaigns to achieve desired results is a strong requirement. Ability to comfortably manage relationships with multiple vendors & internal departments Informed about the latest trends in Retail Demonstrated ability to work with a team Excellent presentation skills Fluent with Microsoft office Analytical abilities will be an added advantage Strong administrative & organizational skill Good attention to detail
