The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing retail branding strategies and providing POS (Point-of-Sale) support to sales teams across all company branches in the GCC (KSA, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain) and Africa (Egypt, Morocco). This role focuses on ensuring brand visibility in retail environments, managing store displays, and supporting in-store activations and events.
? Coordinate production and installation of POS materials, including shelf displays, banners, and promotional signage.
? Work closely with the sales team to ensure retail materials are effectively utilized in stores.
? Monitor brand execution in different retail outlets and ensure compliance with branding guidelines.
2. Event & Trade Show Support:
? Assist in planning and executing in-store activations, trade shows, and promotional events.
? Ensure event branding materials are available and set up as required.
? Work with vendors and event organizers to coordinate logistics.
3. Inventory & Material Distribution:
? Manage inventory of POS materials and promotional merchandise across different branches.
? Ensure timely distribution of branding materials to sales teams and retail partners.
? Keep track of material usage and request replenishments when necessary.
4. Retail Market Research & Reporting:
? Gather insights on retail trends, competitor activities, and customer engagement.
? Conduct store visits to assess branding impact and suggest improvements.
? Prepare reports on branding execution and retail marketing effectiveness.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
? Work closely with the sales and regional teams to align retail branding strategies with business objectives.
? Support the marketing manager in executing retail and event-related projects.
? Ensure that branding initiatives support sales promotions and customer engagement efforts.
6. Support for Marketing Manager - Retail & Events:
? Ensure retail and event branding aligns with overall marketing strategy.
? Provide administrative support for marketing-related logistics and materials.
Qualifications & Requirements:
? Graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply; A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory..
? 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, POS execution, or event coordination.
? Strong project management and organizational skills.
? Experience working with vendors and suppliers for branding materials.
? Ability to travel to different retail locations and event sites as needed.
? Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Must have a valid UAE driver's license and access to own vehicle.
