Marketing Executive in Dubai \xe2\x80\x93 Renowned Hospitality Group

Salary Package: AED 10000 \xe2\x80\x93 13000

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and contemporary Marketing Executive to join the team in Dubai.

You will plan, research, and organize approved campaigns and promotional events, monitor, and engage with the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital community.

• Compose, prepare, draft, and proof-read articulate, grammatically correct press releases, story content, and collateral reflecting the brand\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines.
• Ability to seek out and implement innovative ideas to promote the business on traditional and digital media.
• Has the ability to support in planning, story development, writing content and creative development for the quarterly magazine.
• Coordinate with franchise partners and their external agencies to align and deliver pr and marketing objectives.
• Ability to compose, prepare, and draft articulate captions, content, and tags in the brand\xe2\x80\x99s tone of voice for the business\xe2\x80\x99 digital marketing channels (FB, IG, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Twitter, SMS, WhatsApp, Newsletters and Website)
• Ensuring the marketing calendar and marketing plans are executed to the agreed timeline.
• Work closely with the operation teams to engage, respond, escalate, and resolve all complaints across the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital channels.
• Create (for new locations, or new channels) and maintain listings for all sites (franchise & company owned) on channels on Google, Trip Advisor, Facebook, etc.
• Ability to work with and support others as part of a team, both within and across functions, and understand the need to work together to create an environment of co-operation and mutual responsibility.
• Has excellent planning, organizing and interpersonal skills.
• Is a creative thinker, strong communicator, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to consistently produce error-free output; concerned with maintaining standards of accuracy and quality.
• Post schooling higher diploma or equivalent qualification ideally in journalism, communication and/or marketing.
• MS Excel and MS OFFICE suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Adobe design suite such as InDesign, Google Analytics, Meta Campaigns and Mail Chimp
• Strong communicator - orally and especially written English - with demonstrable proficiency in grammar and composition.
• Arabic proficiency not mandatory but a bonus.
