Job Profile: Marketing Executive (Perfume Industry-Female)

As a marketing executive for Business-to-Consumer (B2C- your primary responsibility will be to
build and manage the marketing strategy in line with product offering and able to promote
product for higher reach for a range of Consumers (perfumes) industries. You will be
responsible for developing marketing strategies and managing key customer relationships.
(distributers mainly at big malls/luxury big brands), and ensuring the effective execution of
marketing initiatives.
Role & Responsibility:
?Monitor market trends closely and create advertising strategy accordingly.
?Identify, develop new leads and follow up for its successful closure.
?Experience in marketing for campaigns, conferences, events, exhibitions
?Responsible for increasing overall branding and awareness of the Group.
?Creating a comprehensive marketing plan and develop programs and campaigns across
different channels and segments.
?Analysing customer insights, trends, and marketing best practices using website, social media,
survey, email marketing to formulate effective strategies.
?Building and maintaining relationships with customers, have Customer centric approach.
?Understand the product and provide product offering to the customer.
Skills & Experience:
Candidate must have experience in UAE at least 1-2 years.
?Must have high customer centric approach.
?Self-motivated, go-getter, creative and confident.
?Energetic personality with perseverance and good in follow-ups.
?Strong written and verbal communication skills.
?Proactive with attention to detail.
?Willing to travel.
