About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive (Outdoor Sales) to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting our third-party inspection services and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) training programs directly to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients in sectors such as construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, and facilities management. Promote and sell our third-party inspection services (e.g., equipment inspections, system certifications) and HSE training programs (e.g., Basic fire safety, first aid). Conduct client meetings, presentations, and on-site visits to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Meet and exceed sales targets within agreed timelines. Coordinate with internal technical and training teams to ensure service accuracy and client satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in inspection, certification, or safety training services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client trust. Target-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. Valid UAE driving license. Good knowledge of the local market and safety industry standards is an advantage.
