MARKETING EXECUTIVE (M/F)
MIDDLE EAST INDIA AFRICA

Main responsibilities :

Reporting directly to the Marketing & Communication Director, you oversee key markets of the Middle East subsidiary, including: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Pakistan, Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq, Oman, India, Turkey and Israel.

Expert of your markets, you are responsible for the full 360* Marketing activations, operations and analysis of your zone, working in conjunction with the Area Sales Managers and the brand partners' Marketing teams.

Lead 360 marketing plans:

  • Build online and offline marketing plans to develop TAG Heuer in different region's countries
  • Manage ROI and effectiveness of marketing activities across business channels: sell-out and profitability driven, KPIs and P&L are driving actions and monitoring performance
  • Elaborate, follow-up and oversee marketing, media, event and PR budgets for your zone, including operational admin
  • Coordinate on business drivers across all related stakeholders in the Subsidiary
  • Lead Management country visits, Monthly reports and quarterly review
Drive the Brand omnicanal media strategy:
  • Elaborate, implement and follow-up the media plan
  • Set-up a pro-active collaboration with our media Agency and production companies and an efficient relationship with our Retailers
  • Lead monthly competitor's media review with agency
PR & Brand awareness
  • Grow the Brand PR SOV
  • Coordinate with the region to promote brand novelties
  • Manager the Influencer marketing plan
  • Responsible for E-retail and SM visibility and content on both Brand & Partners channels: guarantying to the brand a share of voice >= market share
  • Assess and benchmark competitor's monthly activations
Trade Marketing, eventing & sponsorship activations
  • Lead eventing and sponsoring activations in your zone
  • Maximize ROI and brand awareness
  • Hack our Retail networks by implementing an agenda of Mall take-over, animations concepts, boutique events with the support of the Retail Team
  • Amplify trade fairs developing innovative animation concept with a P&L approach
  • Optimize Retail and e-retail 360* content according to customers profiling and innovation plan
Business intelligence
  • Identify opportunities & strategies to take out best practices and drive media innovation
  • Create quantitative and qualitative monthly/quarterly brand performance reports
CRM
  • Clienteling/Customer Journey mapping
  • Build a reward strategy
  • Settle 3rd party Partnerships to drive traffic
Partners coordination & localization
  • Keep Tag Heuer on top of everyone mind by maintaining a calendar of visits in all your markets
  • Reinventing our partnerships while building relationship of trust with our Retailers/Partners
  • Be connected and stay aware of your markets trends to identify new & disruptive opportunities
Profile

Your experience :
  • Master's degree in marketing communication or Business Development
  • 3+ years' experience in retail and digital transformation (Luxury, Sport or Cosmetics industries are a plus)
  • Fluent in English. Arabic is a real plus (written & spoken)
  • Proven good understanding of the luxury environment and of the Middle East culture
  • Delivered brand and category growth for premium brands - in mature market conditions
  • Strong negotiation skills & Inspirational personality to drive projects
  • Excel and Power Point expertise is needed - Photoshop is a plus
