Jumeirah Muscat Bay Resort lies 15 minutes south of the city centre and 40 minutes from Seeb International Airport. The overall development will include a 1,200 square meters Talise Spa, a diving centre, a wide range of sports and leisure facilities, a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes and a kids club. The resort will also include conference and banquet facilities to cater for Oman's growing attraction as a destination for conferences, meetings and large-scale events. The resort forms part of a larger development that includes 300 high-end residential townhouses and villas, taking advantage of some of the most beautiful, unspoilt coastline in the Middle East. About the role An exciting role has arisen for a talented smart and energetic Marketing Executive Role to join The new Jumeirah Muscat Bay Resort. The main purpose of this role is to Follow and support the annual marketing plan in working closely with the Marketing Communications manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, Sales, Revenue, Operations and Jumeirah Group Marketing. Your key responsibilities will include: Visual Standards Implementation and control of Jumeirah Muscat Bay's new visual standards by working closely with Operations, Marketing Communications Manager and the appointed Agency. Ensure the standards are uploaded and managed on Brand Jumeirah. Ensure that the new standards are adhered to for all communication pieces used for Jumeirah Muscat Bay as well as across the Group.

Public Relations Support and prepare PR interviews, hosted stays and entertainment in support of Group PR. Ensure that Group PR has the tools and information needed to effectively represent Jumeirah Muscat Bay at all times. Organize and plan Pres Trips in coordination with Marketing Manager and DoSM.

Advertising To be fully aware of the annual advertising plan, working closely with Sales, Marketing Manager and the appointed digital agency to ensure timely implementation. Support the development of creatives as per the plan, working closely with Group Marketing and the appointed advertising agency. Implement and review effectiveness of all advertising campaigns, regularly report on results.

Social Media Develop Social Media Campaigns in line with wider Marketing goals, as well as based on short term tactical goals Produce and source content continually, planning the feed ahead on a 30-60- 90 basis and review content plan with marketing Manager before publishing Monitor all social media channels continuously, respond to follower feedback, passing on all relevant information to respective department. Ensure communication on social media channels is in line with Jumeirah TOV and brand standards.

Campaigns Support the campaign plan development and execute campaigns fully. Regularly report on KPIs to review and adjust campaigns when needed.

Collateral Development Design and implement operational collateral in accordance to visual standards and marketing objectives

Events Actively manage PR, Marketing & Sales events in all planning, delivering and review stage in close cooperation with Marketing Communications Manager and/or Sales Team.

Online & Digital Support the development of an online plan geared to ensure that Jumeirah Muscat Bay is suitably positioned and covered on the internet, working closely with the Group Online team. Manage online channels (Jumeirah.com, Mercury, eNewsletters) Assess and continuously adapt the digital marketing activities in coordination with the Group Digital Team and the Jumeirah agency network. Drive and optimize digital demand generation campaign Plan and manage budgets to achieve desired KPIs across all channels including Physical, Social, Search and Display, closely aligning the marketing activities with the properties commercial goals

Innovation Facilitate innovation within the department: Brainstorming of new ideas for planned marketing campaigns and activities. Facilitation of idea generation for Voices for ideas that can be implemented across Operations.

Administrational Duties: Ensure order process are followed and systems kept clean and up to date Ensure all marketing orders are processed via Adaco in line with company standards. Be in charge of marketing inventory, ensuring stocks are actively managed and do not run out

Other Duties: Maintain positive and constructive working relations with Jumeirah Muscat Bay Operations, Jumeirah Group Marketing functions and fellow SBU Marketing Communications Managers. Provide support to Group Marketing (global and Gulf), Operations and Sales where needed. Represent Sales and Marketing in Orientation Presentations as per the current schedule when Marketing Manager is not present

About You In order to be considered for this role, you should have the below qualifications and experiences.

University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality or Marketing. Previous experience in a 5 Star Deluxe Hotel in Muscat, in a Marketing role (preferred). creative and media plans on an International scale Ability to develop, manage and measure integrated marketing campaigns with proven success Ability to manage social media channels effectively and in line with brand standards Ability to develop collateral that is aligned with brand standards and can deliver on sales and operational requirements Ability to manage events on a local and international scale e.g. cocktails, exhibitions, and press events Ability to manage joint marketing opportunities and initiatives Ability to support the development of annual online marketing strategies whilst ensuring Jumeirah Muscat Bay's online representation is on brand and delivering results Ability to quickly develop a thorough understanding of agency and media and Jumeirah Group processes and requirements Exceptional English (Essential) 2nd language (Arabic, German, French) - Preferred Pre-opening experience (Preferred)
