Collaborate with the sales team to present technical solutions to customers and help close deals. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support as required.
Product Knowledge:
Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
Customer Interaction:
Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Solution Customization:
Work closely with the engineering team to design and customize products to meet specific customer needs.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, specifications, and quotations tailored to the customer's needs.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
Training & Support:
Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of products. Provide post-sales technical support when needed.
Collaboration:
Work with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and insights, aiding in the development of new products or improvements to existing products.
Sales Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and target setting for the assigned territory or product line.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Preferred Qatar driving license.(Male candidate)
2 to 3 years of experience in Qatar particularly in sales.
