Summary:

The Marketing Executive (Junior Level) will be responsible for developing and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns, updating databases, and managing social media campaigns to promote products, services, or ideas. They will also be involved in conducting research, designing creative content, maintaining social media platforms, and organizing events and exhibitions.



Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns. Monitor and manage campaigns on social media platforms. Conduct research and analyze data to define target audiences. Design and write creative copy for PR and advertisements. Maintain and manage social media sites and websites. Organize events, exhibitions, presentations, and customer visits. Work with external agencies to develop marketing materials in line with company branding. Handle customer service improvement initiatives and address customer complaints.


Candidate Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in marketing or a fresh graduate in marketing field. Must have portfolio that shows sample works. Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field. Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM). Familiarity with social media and web analytics tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset and commercial awareness.
