Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
Manage social media content calendars and coordinate posting schedules
Support digital marketing activities (email, website updates, paid ads, SEO basics)
Coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal teams on marketing materials
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support event marketing, activations, and promotional activities
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
0-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Basic understanding of analytics and reporting
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Optional but Preferred)
Experience with content creation and copywriting
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or email marketing tools
Experience supporting events, exhibitions, or brand activations
Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
