1- Establish business by identifying and maintaining relationships with clients 2- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry 3- To generate sales leads for skilled and unskilled manpower through existing and potential clients and send queries 4- Make cold calls, prepare proposals, estimate business volume, negotiate, and co-ordinate Operations/HR Department to kick start the process 5- Researching and analyzing sales options 6- Experience with Qatar clients is essential and potential clients pipeline an advantage. Experiences and Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is preferable
Must have a strong client relations and negotiation skills
Experience in the industry of Manpower Recruitment is must
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
