Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy. Manage social media platforms, create and schedule content, and optimize campaigns to boost engagement and reach. Coordinate with sales and internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and support growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, customers, and clients. Support branding, advertising, and promotional initiatives to enhance market presence. Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports to guide improvements. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings for business development and networking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of proven experience in marketing. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Strong creative thinking paired with analytical abilities.
