We are looking for a Female Marketing and Events Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Marketing
Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media & affiliate marketing.
Create high-quality, highly-engaging and creative written and visual contents for each social media campaigns including Facebook Ads & Tiktok Ads.
Drive & grow the brand through all communication platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Email, SSM.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content across all platforms, including email, web, blog and social media.
Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's website search engine results rankings including link building strategy.
Create and update weekly and monthly reports - including leads generated from digital marketing activities, paid and organic, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, etc.
Events & PR
* Develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to the marketing team.*
Prepare an Annual Events Calendar & monthly events calendar that includes outreaches, club events & community events.
Oversee and manage the PR and events to proactively position the brand in the public.
Identify target audiences and create and develop innovative marketing campaigns, tools, and activities.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs. - on a weekly & monthly basis.
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
Managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing activities are in line with the brand identity.
Build strategic relationships with key industry players & brands for membership privilege benefits, brand association, including for events & promotions.
Build relationships with media outlets relevant to the industry.
Lead generation ideas - identify high traffic areas within the vicinity to conduct booth activations and outreaches.
Manage, measure, monitor & re-evaluate lead generation campaigns and conversion rates.
Create and update weekly & monthly reports - including leads generated from marketing activities, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, etc.
REQUIRED CRITERIA Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a 360-degree marketing position. Bachelor's Degree. *
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, WebTrends).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Working knowledge of Marketing Automation tools, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints and Wix, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Market research capabilities for competitor reviews.
Excellent English writing and communication skills.
A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn new skills.
Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Proven track record of success in events marketing from conceptualization to implementation.
Capable of building and maintaining brand relationship.
