Montt Walex is looking for experienced sales and marketing professionals to join our team in Abu Dhabi Office. Potential Candidate must have minimum one to two years of Telemarketing/ Telesales experience in services industry OR call center/ BPO (Business Process Outsourcing). Successful candidate will be responsible for generating and closing sales leads over the phone, setting up marketing meetings for Business Development Manager and maintaining good client relationship. Must have strong communication skills, willing to learn about new services and can work under minimum supervision.

• Approaching clients for generating sales leads over phone & arranging client meetings with Business Development Managers in order to discuss the client requirement.
• Identify decision makers within these prospects to determine different approaches to setting a sales meeting.
• Sending proposals, recording customer information in the database and making strong follow up with potential clients

• Responding present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis
• Representing the company to the clients in a professional and reliable manner

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor/ University Degree
• Telesales Experience- Must
• Language Proficiency- Tagalog and English
