with relevant industry experience to promote our brand, drive business growth, and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to fit-out, joinery, real estate, or building materials markets. Manage company social media platforms, website content, and online marketing activities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with sales, project, and operations teams to support business development efforts. Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives for clients and stakeholders. Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports. Ensure marketing activities align with the company's brand and business goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in

fit-out, joinery, real estate, or building materials industries

. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and social media marketing. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Creative and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
