Job Description
We are an innovative PropTech startup launching a next-generation property portal in Dubai. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Marketing Executive to build our brand Akarat.com. You will be responsible for managing property listings, driving high-quality leads, and ensuring our platform remains 100% compliant with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations. This is a "hands-on" role perfect for someone looking to grow within a tech-driven real estate environment.
Responsibilities:
Launch and Brand Foundation: Create the portal's "voice" and visual guidelines to stand out in a saturated market. Plan "360-degree" launch campaigns for the portal, focusing on its unique value proposition.
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation: Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive immediate portal traffic and property inquiries.
B2B Partnership Marketing: Create marketing materials to attract real estate brokers and developers to list their inventory on the portal.
Market Research: Monitor competitor activities and Dubai real estate trends to adjust pricing and promotional strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 years in marketing, specifically within the Dubai real estate or PropTech sectors. Preference is strongly given to those with a background in the UAE real estate sector.
Analytical Mindset: Using Google Analytics to monitor what's working and quickly "pivoting" strategies that aren't delivering ROI.
Compliance Note: Must have a strong understanding of Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA advertising guidelines.
Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly preferred for managing local regulations and developer relations.
Candidates currently residing in the UAE on a valid Spouse/Family Sponsorship Visa or Own Visa are highly preferred.
