We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Executive to manage and execute marketing activities across our three aesthetic clinic branches in Dubai and Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in aesthetic or medical marketing, with proven skills in content creation, photography, graphic design, and video editing.

This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to enhance brand presence, patient engagement, and lead generation across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing strategies for aesthetic and medical services Manage marketing activities across 3 clinic branches Create high-quality photography, videos, reels, and promotional content Design marketing materials (posters, flyers, banners, digital creatives) Edit and produce engaging videos for social media and campaigns Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) Develop monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns Coordinate with clinic management and doctors for promotions and branding Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reports Support paid ads, promotions, and influencer collaborations when required Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Aesthetic / Medical Marketing (mandatory) Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience Strong skills in: Photography & videography Graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) Video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar) Experience in content creation and social media management Knowledge of digital marketing trends and clinic branding Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple branches Strong time management and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Preferred Skills:

Experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology, or cosmetic surgery marketing Knowledge of UAE market and healthcare advertising standards Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
