Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and business-minded Marketing Executive with strong digital expertise to drive social media engagement, create buzz, and develop B2B promotional campaigns and strategic alliances. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and capable of translating marketing ideas into tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize social media channels to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness. Create and execute digital campaigns, including paid ads, content marketing, and social media promotions. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and campaign metrics to inform strategy. Identify and develop strategic B2B partnerships and alliances; conceptualize offers, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure successful execution. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and B2B marketing initiatives. Strong understanding of social media metrics, paid advertising, and engagement strategies. Business-minded, with the ability to conceptualize, build, and execute strategic alliances and promotions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
