Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive who will take full ownership of planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing all marketing activities. This is a full-time role requiring strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple marketing channels independently.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Growth
Plan, execute, and optimize SEO activities (keyword research, on-page optimization, content structuring, basic technical follow-up)
Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Define targeting, budgets, creatives, and A/B testing strategies
Monitor daily campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI
Implement and track Meta Pixel, Google Tag, and GA4
Marketing Offers & Occasion-Based Campaigns
Plan and execute marketing offers for key occasions such as New Year, Ramadan, Eid, summer, back-to-school, and awareness months
Align clinic and pharmacy offers in a structured and compliant manner
Translate business objectives into clear promotional campaigns
Ensure consistent communication across social media, website, ads, WhatsApp, and in-clinic touchpoints
Track performance and recommend data-driven improvements
E-commerce & Website Performance
Monitor e-commerce performance including traffic, conversions, drop-offs, and top-selling products
Coordinate website updates, banners, offers, and landing pages
Ensure campaigns are aligned with available products and services
Identify opportunities to improve online sales, visibility, and user experience
Track marketing impact on online and pharmacy sales
Content & Brand Execution
Manage social media content calendars and posting schedules
Write captions, basic ad copy, and website content
Upload and manage website content and promotional pages
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms
Events & Activations
Plan and execute events, workshops, and collaborations
Manage marketing communication before, during, and after events
Coordinate on-ground marketing activations
Track leads, bookings, and engagement generated from events
Reporting & Optimization
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
Track KPIs including leads, bookings, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
Optimize campaigns based on performance insights
Maintain structured documentation of campaigns and offers
Proactively suggest improvements to marketing performance
Requirements
Proven experience in end-to-end digital marketing execution
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
Ability to manage campaigns independently and take full ownership
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Experience in healthcare, wellness, retail, or e-commerce is a plus
