, especially through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and real estate portals. This role focuses on driving high-quality leads, improving brand visibility, and supporting the sales team across all marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Run and optimize
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns
for lead generation.
Monitor daily campaign performance and maintain targeted
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
.
Manage and update property listings on
Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle
, and other portals.
Handle
social media pages
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) including content posting and engagement.
Coordinate with designers and videographers to create ads, brochures, videos, and other marketing materials.
Prepare weekly marketing reports, campaign insights, and performance dashboards.
Support marketing activities for
property expos, open houses, and events
.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis for pricing, trends, and new opportunities.
Assist in managing
website content, landing pages, and SEO
updates.
Work closely with the sales team to improve
lead quality and conversion rates
.
Requirements:
2+ years marketing experience
(real estate experience preferred).
Strong hands-on knowledge of
Meta Ads & Google Ads
(MUST).
Familiarity with real estate portals and digital marketing tools.
Good communication skills and creativity.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
